Key Account Executive (Naples, FL) – Labcorp

• Educate and upsell all assigned accounts in the territory
• Act as a liaison between the client and Labcorp operations team
• Provide ongoing service and resolve customer issues promptly
• Maintain customer retention through superior service
• Recommend client‑focused solutions and persuade clients to adopt them
• Manage day‑to‑day operations for assigned accounts
• Upsell within current book of business to drive organic growth
• Collaborate with senior sales representatives to grow business
• Deliver educational material to the client base continuously
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Meet and exceed monthly retention and upsell goals regularly

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) preferred
• Prior sales or account management experience preferred
• Healthcare industry experience a plus
• Proven success managing a book of business
• Superior customer service skills and ability to build trust‑based relationships
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to deliver results in a fast‑paced, competitive market
• Strong time‑management and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
