Role Summary
Research Engagement Coordinators deliver world‑class service by engaging directly with clients, prospects, and vendors to coordinate requests. Job DescriptionAs a Research Engagement Coordinator, you will act as a liaison between internal/external clients helping to address clients' most pressing technology and business questions.
Location RequirementMust reside within 30 miles of the Fort Myers, FL office; role is anticipated to be 100% remote.
Work Schedule FlexibilityAble to work either of the following shifts: 9am-6pm EST or 10am-7pm EST.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule research interviews.
- Serve as the primary day‑to‑day contact for members and prospective companies regarding research projects.
- Ensure the CRM database () contains accurate account details, contact information, and notes related to research interview requests.
- Provide research support across a variety of projects.
- Maintain project dashboards to ensure clear, accurate visibility into project ownership, progress, and next steps.
- Language fluency: fully fluent in Portuguese and English (written and verbal).
- Education:
completed Bachelor’s degree. - Skills and qualifications: strong time‑management and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving capability.
