We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Associate to become a valuable part of our team. The ideal candidate will generate leads, manage accounts, and drive window/door sales growth, guiding clients from consultation to project completion while fostering strong relationships.

Salary + Commission.

Hours:

40+ per week.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand needs and offer personalized solutions.
• Work closely with architects, builders, and homeowners to assess and define project requirements.
• Offer expert advice on product selection and installation options.
• Accurately create take-offs from plans and provide timely, detailed estimates.
• Process order documents, ensuring all paperwork is complete and error-free.
• Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring a smooth and efficient customer experience.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales goals and exceed targets.
• Continuously stay informed about product offerings and market trends to effectively present solutions to clients.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
• Sales experience in a construction related field.
• Window/Door sales experience is a plus.
