Position: Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent

Department: Sales

Location: In-Office, Mon-Fri, 3:30 pm to 11:30pm

Objective

The Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent is responsible for engaging potential customers, building rapport, and converting leads into booked vehicle shipments. This role requires effective communication via calls, SMS, and email to ensure a seamless booking process while securing all necessary documentation.

Responsibilities
  • Contact and engage potential leads through SMS, email, and phone calls.
  • Build rapport with customers to ensure a high booking conversion rate.
  • Collect and ensure all required documentation is obtained.
  • Schedule follow-ups for potential conversions.
  • Notify the dispatch team when an order is ready for posting and await confirmation.
  • Maintain accurate records of all communication and transactions in the CRM system.
  • Maintain an acceptable productivity rate and meet set quotas on a consistent basis.
Qualifications for Vehicle Shipping Sales Agent Experience
  • At least 1 year of sales, telemarketing, or customer service experience (preferred).
  • Experience in vehicle shipping, logistics, or transportation sales is a plus.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas in a fast‑paced environment.
  • English Proficiency C1
Technical Proficiency
  • Comfortable using CRM software to track leads, follow‑ups, and conversions.
  • Experience with sales automation tools, dialers, and SMS/email outreach platforms.
Essential Skills
  • Sales & Communication:
    Strong persuasive selling ability to convert leads into bookings.
  • Customer Engagement:
    Ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone, SMS, and email.
  • Time Management:
    Strong ability to prioritize leads and handle high call volumes efficiently.

    Handle objections professionally and provide creative solutions to secure bookings.

    Coordinate effectively with the retail account managers.
Compensation
  • Employment Type:

    W-2 (Full-Time, In-Office)
  • Base Pay: up to $20 per hour
  • Commission Structure:
    • Commission is earned per order after meeting a set daily booking threshold.
    • The specific commission rate and required daily bookings will be defined based on performance benchmarks.
  • Higher performance can lead to increased commission earnings.
