• Pay range: $75,000 USD to $150,000 USD

We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Sales Advisor who loves helping people make smart decisions and enjoys winning as part of a team. If you’re motivated by relationships, growth, and earning potential—not pressure tactics—this is your lane!

Our average pay range is 75k-150k per year, but has potential to be much higher depending on skill level.

• Previous car sales experience ideal but not required
• Must be professional with a confident attitude
• Knowledge of telephone, text and email techniques and etiquette
• Strong customer service and phone skills
• Efficient with time management to be able to make a minimum of 100 calls per day
• Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and detail-oriented
• Positive, flexible and process-oriented
• Ability to converse with customers to discuss needs and direct appropriately within the dealership
• Strong organizational, follow-up and accurate record keeping
• Active listening to deliver 110% customer experience
• Speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations
• Quick thinker and learner
• Previous call center experience (an asset but not required)
• An interest in the automotive industry
• Able to thrive in a fast paced, changing environment
• Continuous improvement and collaboration with team members
• Saturdays and Sundays required
