Overview
Provide an enjoyable member experience through exceptional customer service while engaging and assitting members and guest in the golf shop and over the phone.
Experience RequiredMust be a golfer and have a general overall knowledge of the game. Prior golf shop experience preferred but not required. Must be profeccient with computers and overall technology.
Essential ResponsibilitiesOverall golf shop duties included but not limited to:
- Ansering phone
- Checking in members and guests for their tee time
- Make tee time reservations
- Keeping a clean and orgainized work space
- Checking in, tagging, displaying, and merchandise sales.
- POS daily reconcilliation and administration.
- Assist members with community apps.
Full golf and practice privileges. Meal while on duty. Merchandise and equipment discounts.
