As Sales Leader you are responsible for maintaining customer service standards and resolving operational issues when the Store Leader and Assistant Store Leader are unavailable.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities- Establish excellent customer service standards and lead by example.
- Collaborate with and lead the sales team in priority setting, daily tasks, and delegation of responsibilities.
- Identify and communicate team and store needs to leadership.
- Partner with and support the store leader team in daily store operations as necessary.
- Use creative approaches to engage the customer with the product; illustrate how to wear the clothing and explore different options.
- Contribute to back-of-house functions as needed.
- Participate in training and mentoring of new and current team members with emphasis on nurturing talent and growth.
- Develop creative solutions for situations that arise when store leaders are not present.
- Maintain high standards of sales floor and merchandise.
- Assist Store Leader with store merchandising and visual presentation, with willingness to experiment and explore possibilities.
- Ensure and contribute to a safe and clean store environment.
- Performs other related duties and assignments as required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be entrepreneurial, inventive, creative and flexible.
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
- Pasionate about nurturing a positive, supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Dedicated to providing an excellent customer experience, promoting quality service among your team through training and acting as a positive role model.

- Strong problem solving skills with ability to adapt quickly to business needs and changes in strategies.
- Maintain high level of initiative, motivation, and self-direction.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. at floor level and/or team lift when necessary.
- Ability to climb ladders, twist, bend and stoop to retrieve items from floor, shelves, and hooks.
- Previous retail sales or apparel experience required.
The pay range for this role is $16.40 - 19/hr. dependent upon experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer competitive benefits including a generous clothing allowance and a wellness reimbursement program.
