Challenger - Fort Myers. • Under the direction of the Store Manager, the Shift Supervisor assists the management team in achieving revenue, expense and profit objectives as outlined in the store's budget; trains staff to comply with production goals, merchandise standards, customer service expectations, mission integration and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrates the right combination of business acumen, interpersonal skills, and leadership to meet the store's performance standards.
• Working long hours, weekends, evenings and holidays are often part of the job.

High school diploma or the equivalent. One year of retail sales experience preferred.

• Ability to learn how to correctly use all point-of-sale and donation systems, office computer and telephone.
• Ability to work in stressful conditions with good judgment, patience and understanding.
• Follow oral and written instructions; familiarity with business-related mathematics.
• Supervise and train staff in production, merchandising, checkout and customer service.
• Physical requirements:
  
  bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items up to 40 pounds; stand for long periods; may occasionally work outdoors where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.

Salary: $17.75 per hour
