• Friendly, fast, accurate and safe customer service.
• Assist customers on the sales floor and promptly checkout at the register.
• Become familiar with all departments/categories to assist with customer questions and requests.
• Greet all customers; take donations and provide receipts.
• Cross‑trained to cover the backdoor donation area and process all stations in the backroom.
• Other duties as instructed by immediate supervisor.

• High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
• Retail experience preferred.

• Experience using cash register, adding machine, credit card machine, and telephone.
• Follow pricing guidelines established in the pricing guide; oral and written instructions.
• Basic math skills.
• Good judgment and patience and understanding.
• Ability to bend, stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, and move items; lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Stand for long periods of time; may occasionally have to work where temperatures and climate can fluctuate.

Salary: $14.00 per hour
