ResponsibilitiesAs an ECCO Third Keyholder, you will be responsible for driving and exceeding store financial goals by ensuring a world‑class shopping experience for our guests. Your key duties include:
- Assisting the Store Manager in managing the store’s merchandise and inventory.
- Maintaining operational and administrative excellence.
- Providing training, coaching and professional development for your ECCO store team.
- Ensuring compliance with ECCO policies and procedures.
- Assigning goals and motivating employees to maximize their potential.
- Communicating all relevant information to fellow management and employees.
- Exercising good judgment in resolving customer service issues as a Brand Ambassador.
- Modeling effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor.
