Goodwill Industries of Southwest Florida works with the community providing support in mission services, retail and donated goods, and business development.

• Great customer service skills. Primary duties include receipt, recording, and sorting of donations to effectively process through the Kaizen system.
• Represent Goodwill Industries to the public.
• Full compliance to Kaizen guidelines and principles as outlined in the audit and 5‑minute drills.
• Processing, cleaning, customer service, building fixtures/equipment, and all other duties instructed by immediate supervisors.

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred. Experience in retail and/or stock handling preferred.
• Must have sufficient mobility: turn from side to side, lean, kneel or bend, stand for long periods; see and recognize colors; basic math skills.
• Lift at least forty (40) pounds frequently and occasionally up to 100 pounds.
• May have to work where temperatures and climate fluctuate.

Salary: $14.00 per hour
