Store Manager – MINISO USA (Fort Myers, FL)

Overview

As a Store Manager, you will lead daily operations, drive sales, manage labor and inventory, promote the membership program, and cultivate a positive store atmosphere.

Responsibilities
  • Report directly to the Area/District Manager and lead a dynamic team.
  • Embodies and promotes the mission and core values of Miniso.
  • Ensure seamless store execution with outstanding customer service, merchandising standards, and operational procedures.
  • Promote and drive engagement with the membership program.
  • Oversee all aspects of store operations and employee development.
  • Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent, conduct performance evaluations and create career paths.
  • Drive profitability through effective sales strategies and expense management.
  • Manage cash handling and ensure strict adherence to SOPs.
  • Serve as key liaison with Area/District Manager and HR regarding employee performance.
  • Operate computers, printers, manage schedules, and maintain store cleanliness.
  • Ensure visual displays align with company guidelines.
  • Champion business growth through strategic planning, increasing store traffic and sales.
  • Resolve issues raised by staff and customers quickly and effectively.
Qualifications
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proven successful experience in retail management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
  • Ability to travel between locations is required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required;
    Associate degree or higher preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management with a strong track record of leading teams.
Compensation

USD $18.00 - $30.00 /hr.
