This job posting is for a position in a restaurant owned and operated by an independent franchisee and not McDonald’s USA. The franchisee owns a license to use McDonald’s logos and food products. The franchisee is a separate company and a separate employer from McDonald’s USA.

The franchisee is responsible for all employment matters at the restaurant, including hiring, firing, discipline, supervision, staffing, and scheduling. McDonald’s USA has no control over employment matters at the restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Lead weekly shifts and ensure customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
  • Manage assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management; set goals, delegate tasks, and report results.
  • Oversee the Guest Service Department; deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the front counter, McCafé, and drive‑thru areas.
  • Supervise the Kitchen Department; deliver quality food quickly, maintain food safety, control food cost, and train kitchen staff in production procedures.
  • Hire qualified crew, train them well, and schedule them to meet restaurant sales and profit goals; motivate crew throughout their time working at the restaurant.
Qualifications
  • Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment.
  • Must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporate owned and operated restaurants.
  • Positive team player with flexible schedule who enjoys a fast‑paced McDonald’s environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
