Job Overview

As a Restaurant Culinary Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of all back‑of‑the‑house functions at the assigned restaurant, ensuring that food quality meets Bonefish Grill’s standards. You will lead kitchen staff, maintain recipes, and uphold safety and sanitation protocols.

Job Responsibilities
  • Direct and monitor prep staff, ensuring food quality and consistency.
  • Assist in hiring, training, and scheduling back‑of‑the‑house employees.
  • Implement security protocols to safeguard employees and guests.
  • Prepare kitchen equipment and production areas daily to boost productivity and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with operational, safety, sanitation standards, company policies, and all applicable laws.
  • Adhere to standards such as line checks, testing, recipe adherence, window management, and cook times.
  • Verify that all menu items are prepared according to recipes and presented to specification.
  • Manage staffing levels and shift assignments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen, dish, and storage areas.
  • Balance product inventory, place orders, and manage supplies.
  • Model exemplary customer service and work ethic.
Job Requirements

Dependable, self‑reliant, passionate about great food and exceptional customer service. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, professional dedication, and a team‑oriented attitude.

Specific Qualifications for the Position
  • Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience (culinary or kitchen management preferred).
  • Preferred experience leading in a full‑service casual dining or casual plus environment.
  • Previous exposure to a scratch kitchen, a plus.
  • Flexible schedule availability.
  • Minimum 21 years of age with legal authorization to work in the United States.
  • Ability to relocate, a plus.
  • Bilingual, a plus.
Compensation Range

Varies by location. Potential for bonus based on eligibility and business factors.
