We are seeking a polished, experienced, and service‑driven Fine Dining Restaurant Manager to lead the front‑of‑house experience at our upscale steakhouse. As the first and last point of contact for our guests, you will set the tone for exceptional dining experiences by providing warm, gracious welcomes, managing reservations, and ensuring seamless coordination between guests, hosts, and dining room staff.
Key Responsibilities- Greet and welcome all guests with professionalism, warmth, and elegance.
- Manage and optimize reservation systems and seating charts to ensure smooth guest flow and minimal wait times.
- Communicate with kitchen and service staff to ensure proper pacing and table readiness.
- Oversee front‑of‑house service staff, including training, scheduling, and performance feedback.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Curate a memorable guest experience, recognizing and accommodating VIPs and returning patrons.
- Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu, wine list, and daily specials to assist guests as needed.
- Uphold a pristine, orderly front‑of‑house appearance at all times.
- Collaborate with resort management and staff to ensure high standards of service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Coordinate with valet, coat check, and other external services as part of the guest experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient with reservation and POS systems (e.g., Open Table, Micros, etc.).
- Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of fine wines, steak cuts, and luxury dining etiquette is a strong plus.
