Line cooks are responsible for prepping ingredients and assembling dishes according to company recipes and specifications.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications (with or without accommodation)
* Kitchen experience required, preferably in a high-volume atmosphere
* Must possess or be able to obtain a valid food/alcohol certification, as required by state law
* Able to stand for 10 hours and lift at least 50 pounds
* Good hearing for safety and accurate communication
* Must be able to read, write and speak in English
* Must have reliable transportation
