An established building solutions company in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a QA & CI Senior Analyst. This role is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and continuous improvement functions at the site. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of manufacturing experience and 2 years in quality or continuous improvement. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with knowledge of lean methodologies.

A Six Sigma certification is a plus.
