Associate Veterinarian – Fort Myers, FL

A well-established small animal hospital in Fort Myers, Florida is seeking a dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join its collaborative, team-focused environment. This role offers an excellent balance of professional growth and personal well-being, making it ideal for veterinarians at any stage of their career.

Practice Highlights

  • AAHA-accredited, multi-doctor facility

  • Patients include dogs, cats, and small ruminants

  • Monday–Friday schedule with no weekend shifts

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, relationship-based patient care

  • Collaborate with colleagues and practice leadership on case management

  • Develop strong connections within the Fort Myers community

  • Mentor and support veterinary technicians and assistants

  • Manage a varied caseload of appointments and surgeries

Qualifications

  • DVM/VMD degree (AVMA-accredited or completion of ECFVG/PAVE)

  • Active or eligible Florida veterinary license

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
