Job HighlightsWe are actively recruiting W2 and 1099 CRNAs to join our growing practice in Fort Myers, Florida at Health Park Medical Center, Lee Memorial Hospital & Cape Coral Hospital. This full‑time call‑taking position joins a team of 30 anesthesiologists and 64 anesthetists providing over 50,000 anesthetics per year at Lee Health locations in Fort Myers and Cape Coral, including three hospitals and two outpatient surgery centers.
Our care‑team model ratio varies from 1:2 to 1:4 depending on staffing and case type.
We offer a base starting pay of $230,000
, a $60,000 dual specialty stipend (cardiac/pediatric) and $35,000 single specialty stipend
, daily shift premium time, and additional compensation for call.

As a full‑time Health Park Anesthetist, you will have the opportunity to earn additional compensation for pediatric and cardiac cases.
The practice offers a breadth of clinical experience and sub‑specialty care—from complex cardiothoracic and advanced regional anesthesia to pediatric care and over 6,000 annual labor and delivery procedures.
