Schedule

10-hour shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday, with on-call duties.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse with strong orthopedic experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for patients undergoing surgery in the OR setting.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Manage and assist with surgical instruments and equipment.
• Monitor patients' condition pre- and post-operation.
• Participate in on-call rotations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an OR Registered Nurse.
• Strong orthopedic experience is required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
• Active Florida/compact nursing license, verifiable through Nursys.
• Degree accreditation must be uploaded with application or a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.
• Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
