Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour Days:
Monday, Wednesday, & Friday from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM, with call requirements.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse with strong orthopedic experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of recent OR nursing experience and be proficient in the use of electronic medical records, specifically Epic.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality patient care in the perioperative setting.
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in required call rotation and floating to other ORs at sister campuses as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room nursing experience, with strong orthopedic experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Active Florida/Compact nursing license visible through Nursys at the time of application.
• Degree accreditation must be documented on profile or minimum 5 years of experience required.
• Prior travel experience preferred.
