• Location: Fort Myers, FL 33908 (Southwest Florida)
• Setting: PCU Float – Adult & Geriatric Population (Progressive Care Unit)
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 04/03/2026 – End: 07/04/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour nights (Night Shift RN)
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing / Travel RN
• EMR: Epic EMR (experience with Epic preferred)
• Scrubs: Galaxy Blue & White
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1850-$1950

• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU experience required (Progressive Care Unit, step-down)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS required
• Valid Florida RN license or Compact Nursing License (recent Nursys verification required)
• Degree accreditation must be on profile OR 5 years of RN experience
• Must be flexible and willing to float to sister campuses as needed
• Radius Rule: must live at least 50 miles from permanent address
• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with application

• Provide high-quality clinical care to adult and geriatric patients in a PCU setting
• Manage patient assignments with a typical ratio of 4–6:1 depending on patient acuity and mix
• Float to other units and sister campuses as required; function as a core staff member
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (MDs, advanced practice providers, therapists, case managers) to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and timely using Epic EMR
• Perform bedside assessments, medication administration, and coordinate transitions of care
