As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

Charge Nurse RN/LPN Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care

• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident

• Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure that residents receive the best possible care

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident concerns and improve overall quality of care

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports

• Provide education and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge

Charge Nurse RN/LPN Requirements:

• Currently licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Florida

• Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
