Job Summary:
Page Rehabilitation, a leading provider of short- and long-term rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, is seeking a compassionate and experienced Charge Nurse RN/LPN to join our team. As a Charge Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of healthcare professionals, providing exceptional patient care, and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
Charge Nurse RN/LPN Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals to deliver high-quality patient care
Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident
Conduct ongoing assessments and evaluations to ensure that residents receive the best possible care
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address resident concerns and improve overall quality of care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports
Provide education and training to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
Charge Nurse RN/LPN Requirements:
Currently licensed as an RN or LPN in the state of Florida
Prior experience in a long-term care setting preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
