Shift: Day/Evening, Hours of Operation: 6:45 AM to 6:15 PM (Days/Times Vary, Monday-Saturday) (No Sundays)

Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $30.27 - $40.86 / hour

This position works onsite in Fort Myers, FL.

Ambulatory experience (Examples: Medical Practice/Office, Home Health)

Strong Critical thinking, Computer documentation, Telephone skills, Fast-Paced/Decision Making Telephonic Position, Hands-Off indirect patient Care.

Completes a detailed clinical assessment via telephone to identify the urgency and nature of the patients condition and coordinates the appropriate disposition to receive healthcare. Responsible for utilizing the nursing process and Evidence-Based decision support tools. Makes complex decisions based on nursing assessment, effective listening, critical thinking, advanced assessment and communication skills are essential. In addition to patient triage, the RN will facilitate other care delivery and self-care advice as the situation warrants.

3 years nursing experience in emergency medicine, medical surgical, case management, ICU, urgent care, outpatient clinics, ambulatory care sites, or physician office experience required.

• BSN preferred

Graduate of an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.

• 3 years nursing experience required

3 years nursing experience in emergency medicine, medical surgical, case management, ICU, urgent care, outpatient clinics, ambulatory care sites, or physician office experience required. Formal or informal telephone nursing preferred.

• Registered Nurse License required

• BLS (American Heart Association / Basic Life Support) required
• Ambulatory Care Nurse Certification preferred
