12-hour night shifts, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) to provide specialized care for pediatric and adult patients in a variety of surgical procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the operating room, particularly with a focus on pediatrics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in the operating room for diverse surgical specialties including ENT, General, Vascular, Endovascular, Robotics, Dental, GYN, Orthopedic, Spine, and Neurosurgery.
• Participate in on-call rotations, averaging four calls per month, and support both overnight and backup call schedules.
• Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and communication regarding patient care.
• Collaborate effectively with surgical teams and other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of Operating Room experience required.
• Pediatric experience is mandatory.
• BLS certification is required; CNOR certification is preferred.
• Degree accreditation must be verified in your profile or equivalent experience of 5 years in the field.
• Prior travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
