RN Evening Supervisor

Position: RN Evening Supervisor
Location: Fort Myers, Florida
Shift: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Salary: $77,500 – $87,500 per year

Ambassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Evening Supervisor to lead our evening nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This leadership position plays a vital role in overseeing evening operations, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.

• Lead and support the evening nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulations

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) to plan, develop, and optimize daily nursing operations

• Participate in facility surveys and inspections, ensuring ongoing readiness and compliance

• Monitor staffing levels to maintain safe and efficient operations throughout the shift

• Conduct routine rounds to provide guidance, coaching, and performance oversight

• Address staff concerns or grievances and escalate as appropriate

• Welcome and assist with new resident admissions to ensure a smooth transition

• Accompany physicians during rounds and assist with nursing assessments

• Supervise medication administration and treatments to ensure accuracy and compliance with physician orders

• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed

• Participate in performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs to promote accountability and professional development

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university

• Active, unencumbered Florida RN license

• Minimum of 2 years of direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settings

• At least 1 year of nursing supervisory or management experience

• Current CPR certification

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
