12-hour Night shifts, 12x3 rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Oncology Medical PCU. The unit is a 36-bed patient care unit with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 5:1. The ideal candidate will work within a collaborative environment utilizing Epic EMR and will be responsible for providing quality care to oncology patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the oncology medical PCU.
• Utilize Epic EMR for accurate documentation and patient management.
• Administer chemotherapy and other medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and regulatory protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of PCU experience.
• Strong oncology nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required.
• Chemo certification preferred.
• Degree accreditation must be reflected on the profile.
• Travel experience preferred.
