Home Care Clinic Director - Registered Nurse —

Location:

Fort Myers, FL (Onsite). Compensation:
Up to $100,000 (based on experience) + Benefits.

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Call Requirement:
On-call every night including weekends (screened by coordinator; CD contacted only for true emergencies).

We’re seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to step into a leadership role as Clinic Director in our Ocala home care office. This is an onsite position where you’ll oversee clinical operations, support a talented care team, and ensure patients receive the highest quality of care. You’ll have the opportunity to make a direct impact by supervising RNs and LPNs, supporting skilled nursing services, and providing leadership in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

• Oversee clinical operations and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and home care staff
• Conduct patient assessments, care plans, and occasional home visits
• Provide clinical leadership and backup when needed
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams to ensure quality care

• Competitive Pay: Up to $100,000 based on experience

• Active Florida RN license
• Minimum 3 years of RN experience (leadership preferred)
• At least 1 year in home health or related field with supervisory duties
• EMR experience (Continue Link/Interlink preferred)
