Base pay will be determined by applicant’s skills and experience. Role is eligible for team‑based bonus opportunities. Temporary associates are not benefit‑eligible but may participate in the company’s 401(k) program.
Veterans, transitioning active‑duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply. Brookdale offers to advance fees for naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
Responsibilities- Provide transportation for residents to medical appointments, banking, shopping, worship services, entertainment, and other activities.
- Ensure safety of all passengers.
- Run event and community errands as needed.
- Maintain a high school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
- Prior experience working with seniors preferred.
- Possess a valid state driver’s license with a good driving record. CPR training and certification may be required.
