Pay Rate: $22.34 – $29.04 per hour

Summary:

Lee Physician Group is seeking an LPN with a desire to work in the outpatient wound care specialty. This is a full‑time position working Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

• Performs and documents selected tasks such as the administration of treatments and medications in the delivery of patient care under the guidance and discretion of the registered nurse.
• Assists the Registered Nurse in collecting health data according to established policies.
• Collaborates with other professionals to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.
• Supports the organization’s vision and mission.
• Uses knowledge of patient age and cultural diversity to provide patient care.
• Contributes to the provision of quality nursing care through excellence in customer service and performance improvement techniques that demonstrate positive outcomes in patient care.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited vocational school of nursing required.
• Experience: None required. Qualified individuals will successfully complete the competency assessment.
• Certification: Proof of American Heart Association Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS), current for a minimum of 90 days after hire date.
• License: Currently licensed as an LPN in the State of Florida.
• Other: Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
