Position: LPN Supervisor – Assistant Director of Nursing (Full‑time, flexible schedule required).
Location:
Fort Myers, FL.
- Manage day‑to‑day health‑care operations to meet residents’ needs.
- Ensure residents receive respectful, dignified, and quality care throughout all shifts.
- Lead and supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and caregivers; provide ongoing training including classroom in‑services and situation‑specific guidance; manage schedules.
- Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, supervision/administration, conduct skills inventory checks and periodic medication audits per Brookdale Guidelines.
- Share on‑call duties as required.
- Maintain up‑to‑date state LPN/LVN or RN license; minimum of 1-2 years relevant experience required.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of relevant experience in a nursing or healthcare setting.
