Overview:

• Candidates must have 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• Candidate with 1 year will get half incentives. Candidates with 2 years or more will get full incentives.

Responsibilities:

Patient Assessment and Monitoring:

• Utilize advanced monitoring equipment to track vital signs and interpret data for early detection of changes in patient condition.
• Implement and modify individualized care plans based on ongoing assessments.

Medication Administration:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
  Monitor patients for potential side effects and adverse reactions, taking prompt and
  appropriate action.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, respiratory therapists, and other healthcare
  professionals to optimize patient outcomes
• Notes: facility has nearly 100 needs for staff RNs mostly in PCU. This is a top 2% non
  - profit healthcare system with facilities in Fort Myers, FL and Cape Coral, FL. Depending
  on the unit, some interviews can happen very quickly.
