We are seeking an experienced Property Manager at Sun Palace Vacations to oversee our vacation rental properties in Ft Myers Beach, FL. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for managing a team, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring our properties are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES:- Managing team members schedules
- Managing vendor schedules
- Maintaining high cleaning and maintenance standards
- Handling escalated issues with guests
- Creating plans to keep the properties in excellent shape
- Previous experience in leadership, team building, accountability and strategic thinking is preferred
- Leads by example and holds team accountable for productivity and delivering results
- Problem solver with a "can-do" mentality
- Must have ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize needs of guests in an effective manner
- Ability to analyze financial data
- Must be able to diagnose issues and implement solutions
- Must have excellent time management and organizational skills
- Must have excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Passion for serving others and helping team create an exceptional guest experience
- Able to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge, skills, and abilities in housekeeping systems, techniques, and products
- Proficiency with standard office software applications and the ability to learn new software programs
- The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or other computer applications or software
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Prolonged periods of standing and moving from location to location.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
Annual Salary: $50,000 - $65,000
Bonus Annual Bonus from $3,000 - $8,000 based on overall shop performance in NOI, Unit Growth and Review Score

Available: 8am-6pm, Saturday - Sunday (Shifts will be 8 hours and be scheduled 5 days a week)
