In this role, you will be responsible for managing and scheduling crews, improving efficiencies, solving problems, and managing customer relations. You will also work on the jobsite with our crews when needed.
Responsibilities:- Previous experience in concrete repair, lifting, or related fields (construction) is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Humility and relentless effort to achieve goals.
- Ability to operate machinery and tools with precision and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Compensation: $25 - $35 hourly
