We are seeking an experienced On-Site Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a large HOA community in Fort Myers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management, bringing excellent customer service, staff coordination, and operational skills to a residential community setting.

• Assist the Community Manager with daily HOA operations
• Serve as a primary on-site point of contact for residents, vendors, and staff
• Handle resident inquiries, concerns, and service requests professionally
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance schedules, and community services
• Support compliance with HOA rules, policies, and governing documents
• Assist with administrative tasks, reports, and community communications
• Help oversee amenities and common areas, ensuring high service standards

• Previous restaurant or hospitality management experience strongly preferred
• HOA, property management, or customer-facing management experience a plus
• LCAM license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Professional demeanor with a strong customer-service mindset
