Team Lead is anearly-leadershiprolefor high-potential individuals.

The role is aimed to help these individuals gainleadership experience through a combination of people & operations Management responsibilities while also being able to expertly dothe duties of a Team Member as required.

• Applicants must be 18years or older to apply
• Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in operations or guest-facing roles; prior supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be ableandwilling to work flexible hours including weekends, nights, and holidays to meet the needs of the business.
• Experience in Family Entertainment Centers, Food Service,Retail,and/or Hospitality is strongly preferred.

• Open and close the facility on specified weekdays and weekends
• Promote a positive and uplifting culture throughout the park
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the facility and equipment
• Maintain a healthy and safe environment for guests and team members alike by adhering to safety and sanitation standards
• Train new team members and supervise current team members to consistently provide exemplary service and achieve operational excellence
• Maintains an image of competence and professionalism to guests, team members, and management.
• Maintains proper team member/employer relations and addresses any questions promptly, including disciplinary actions, recognition, and performance.
• Works under the direct supervision of the GM and AGM, who willindicategeneral assignments, limitations, and priorities.
