Director - Ends Adventures Ministry

• Join the Ends Adventures team as a collaborative member dedicated to transforming the lives of youth worldwide.
• Oversee and cast vision for adventure ministries such as kayaking, fishing, camping, hiking, mountain biking, and more, to impact youth globally.
• Create and execute trips, projects, and events within your specific adventure discipline.
• Collaborate with the Ends Adventures Director, Tours Manager, and other team members.
• Recruit participants at outreach events.
• Build a comprehensive team for your discipline with our support.

Location: Affiliates may work remotely within the USA and/or at Ends of the Earth Cycling offices in Fort Myers, FL.

Requirements:

• Athletic, outgoing, and wilderness-savvy individual.
• Willing to pioneer new initiatives in ministry.
• Open to local, domestic, and international travel.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Desire to build and lead a team.
