As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facility. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff and residents
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment and systems as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols
• Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance of the facility

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Prior experience in a similar maintenance role
• Strong mechanical aptitude and trouble‑shooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation to and from work
