Maintenance Technician

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Performing routine building maintenance, servicing equipment, and responding to community maintenance emergencies as needed.
• Responding to maintenance requests from residents.
• Activating/deactivating building alarms and responding to alarm calls.
• Building lasting relationships with residents each day to foster a sense of trust.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone with experience in the following:
  • Carpentry
  • Basic electrical installations/repairs
  • Basis HVAC knowledge
  • General Maintenance skills
• Three years prior experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of all Federal, State, and local building codes.
• Strong communication skills and a team-orientated attitude.
• Has a valid driver's license and dependable transportation.
