Commercial Cleaning & Light Maintenance (Part-Time, Day Hours)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, during the day

Pay Rate: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour (based on experience)

Employment Type:

W-2 Employee (we handle taxes — no 1099)

• Proficiency in English communication
• Valid Florida driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Smartphone with data plan and GPS capability
• Attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to follow instructions
• Physical ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand for entire shifts—walking, bending, reaching, and other physical tasks
• Demonstrated work ethic and responsibility through your education or work history
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to quality and reliability
• Ability to pass a background check
• Mechanical aptitude is a plus

• Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping floors
• Emptying trash and disposal
• Dusting, wiping, and sanitizing surfaces
• Restocking restrooms and kitchens with supplies
• Managing and restocking cleaning supplies and warehouse inventory
• Performing minor maintenance such as changing light bulbs and replacing ceiling tiles
• Following all safety and company procedures

• PPE for your safety
• All necessary cleaning equipment (no need to carry your own)
• On-the-job and site-specific training
• Scheduled cleaning assignments
• Support and supervision

Compensation: $14.75 - $16.00 per hour
