These dealers are independent companies that sell, deliver, and service Carrier, Bryant & Payne products to residences and businesses in their respective markets.

• Customer Service:
  Provide excellent customer service to both internal customers (Store Associates and Sales Managers) and external customers (mechanical contractors, dealers, owners).
• Receiving and Documenting:
  Receive and document merchandise for delivery or return.
• Loading and Unloading:
  Load and unload delivery vehicles.
• Inventory Management:
  Keep an inventory of all products entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Safety Standards:
  Uphold environmental health and safety standards.
• Product Scanning:
  Scan products to ensure they are shipped to the right destination.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with internal customers for the delivery of products.
• Task Management:
  Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently as well as part of a team.

• Experience:
  
  Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Communication
  
  Skills:
  
  Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal (teambuilding) skills.
• Customer Service:
  Proven commitment to customer service and a safe working environment.
• Attention to Detail:
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• PC
  
  Skills:
  
  Proficient in PC skills and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience.
• Forklift Certification:
  Current forklift certification preferred.

• Education:
  
  High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience.
• Skills:
  
  Strong attention to detail and accuracy, PC skills, and inventory and shipping/receiving systems experience.
• Certification:
  Current forklift certification is preferred.

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2-3 years of warehouse operational experience.
• Experience in the HVAC or similar industry supporting parts and material is preferred, but not required.
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Proven commitment to customer service and a safe work environment.
• Must be team-oriented and willing to work with a diverse group of co-workers.
• Pre-employment Background and Drug Screen required for all hires.
