Salary Range: $23.00 To $24.00 Hourly

We have an immediate opening for Apartment Maintenance Technician. We are seeking a customer-service oriented individual with a high level of professionalism; upbeat; positive, "can do" and team player attitude; able to work closely with the Property Manager. General responsibilities include fulfilling service requests; apartment grounds; apartment punch; make readies; painting; general plumbing; general electrical; and general construction repairs. Ability to handle large projects.

Must have good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work Monday to Friday 8 AM to 5 PM. 24/7 on-call responsibility is required. Weekend availability is also required. Must have valid Driver's License, reliable transportation and car insurance. Previous apartment maintenance experience required. HVAC experience is required. HVAC certification are a plus, but not required.
