Responsibilities include:
- Conduct Site inspections.
- Handle their own caseload.
- Build relationships with clients.
- Document summaries
- Mediation, deposition, and trial preparation
Qualifications:
- Must have 1-5 years of experience
- Must be member of the Florida Bar.
- Must be a self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Must have superior oral and written advocacy skills
- Must have excellent and effective communication skills
- Must have a strong work ethic
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced litigation environment
- Must be able to handle a caseload from inception through trail
