• Hourly Base Salary + Commission

• Client Engagement:
  Proactively reach out to new and existing clients to understand their insurance needs and provide personalized advice.
• Sales Initiatives:
  Present, promote, and sell insurance policies to potential customers, meeting both their needs and agency targets.
• Customer Service:
  Provide exceptional service by addressing any inquiries from policyholders and resolving concerns promptly.
• Policy Management:
  Assist clients in understanding their coverage, making policy changes, and processing renewals efficiently.
• Cross‑Selling:
  Identify additional products that could enhance client protection and encourage clients to round out their policies.
• Documentation:
  Ensure all client interactions and transactions are accurately documented in our system.
• Professional Development:
  Keep abreast of industry trends and changes to provide clients with informed advice and maintain best practices.

• Licensing:
  Valid Florida 4‑40 or 2‑20 License is required.
• Experience:
  
  Previous experience with an Allstate agency required to be remote.
