Pendo Tech Lead

Work schedule: Monday Friday, standard business hours

Work Model: Fully Remote (candidates ideally within driving distance of Fort Myers, FL; Irving, TX; Stamford, CT; or Arlington, VA)

The Pendo Technical Lead supports Gartner’s Organizational Change Management team as part of key digital transformation initiatives. This role is responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing high-quality in-app guidance and analytics using the Pendo platform for an internal audience. The position focuses on improving user adoption, engagement, and overall in-app experience through data-driven insights and best practices.

• Create high-quality internal, customer-facing in-app content using Pendo, including badges, walkthroughs, and guides
• Partner closely with Change Management Specialists and Product Managers to identify in-app content needs proactively
• Optimize in-app UI/UX through A/B testing and engagement analysis
• Support QA and testing of Pendo in-app content
• Troubleshoot issues in collaboration with Pendo Support and account teams
• Leverage Pendo analytics to analyze user behavior and provide actionable recommendations
• Support digital adoption metrics, analytics requests, and problem-solving initiatives
• Assist with training team members and stakeholders on content creation and analytics usage within Pendo
• Collaborate with external vendors on content development, analytics, and technical troubleshooting
• Stay current on Pendo product enhancements, industry trends, and best practices
• Identify and recommend process improvements to internal stakeholders

• Basic Pendo knowledge required; 1+ year of hands-on Pendo experience strongly preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent time, project management, and organizational skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Familiarity with HTML and CSS
• Salesforce experience (plus, not required)
