Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$35.08 - $45.61 / hour

Responsible for troubleshooting, monitoring, and proactive incident resolution of the datacenter infrastructure, including server hardware, server virtualization technologies, Microsoft Windows Server operating systems, ancillary domain level services, storage, network hardware, and application virtualization environments. This position will assist in daily administration (including system patching, support, and maintenance) of datacenter infrastructure related systems.

• Education: A Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent relevant work experience required (2 years of role‑specific work experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree)
• Experience: 1 Year of Experience (in relevant technical role).
• Certification: Industry relevant certifications a plus but not required.
• License: N/A
• Other: Familiarity with server hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and networking basics. Good listening skills. Demonstrates ability to recognize problems, systemically gathers information, and sorts through issues with assistance. Ability to lift/move equipment (up to 50 lbs.) and work in physically demanding environments.
