Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa is seeking a service‑oriented individual to greet guests upon arrival and fulfill their expectations for a spa experience. This position is for someone who enjoys teamwork and supports the smooth flow of operations.

• Greet guests immediately with a friendly, sincere welcome; use a positive, clear speaking voice, listen and engage; thank guests with genuine appreciation; according to brand standards.
• Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, such as the location and use of locker rooms, lounge areas, and hospitality stations.
• Offer guests amenities such as water, juice, or heated neck pillows; anticipate guests’ needs.
• Answer questions about general property information and amenities.
• Escort guests to and from treatment rooms.
• Check computer for updates and changes to schedule regularly throughout the day.
• Maintain cleanliness of workstation, restrooms, locker rooms, and lounge areas. Dispose of trash and dirty linens in the proper area. Secure supplies and equipment at the end of each shift. Stock towels, linens, supplies, and amenities in the locker room, lounge areas, and hospitality stations. Wash, dry and fold laundry.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager; complete safety training and certifications; follow all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance is clean and professional.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
• Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
• Reach, bend, twist, pull, and stoop; move, lift, or carry objects weighing up to 10 lb; stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
• Clean and maintain recreational areas, equipment, and supplies. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machines to identify defects. Call Maintenance or an outside service company if machines require service.
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; protect company assets.
• Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces as well as up and down stairs and/or service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must speak, read, and understand English.
• Customer service experience of 1 year or more (preferred).

Provide general spa orientation to guests upon arrival, offer amenities, answer questions, escort guests to and from treatment rooms, check computer for updates, maintain cleanliness, secure supplies, stock linens, report accidents, follow company policies, ensure appearance, foster positive relationships, comply with quality standards, and perform other duties as directed.
