We seek a skilled and motivated HR/Office Manager with a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) background to join our team and help us continue delivering high-quality care and support to our clients and caregivers.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced HR/Office Manager who understands the unique needs of caregivers and clients in the home care industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare (CNA or HHA preferred) and experience in office management, HR, and scheduling. This role will involve overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing caregiver schedules, coordinating client and caregiver needs, and ensuring smooth communication between all parties.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment & Hiring:
Manage the hiring process for caregivers, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. - Scheduling:
Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for clients’ needs. - Job Orientations:
Conduct orientations for new caregivers, ensuring they are well-prepared and informed about company policies and procedures. - Office Management:
Oversee day-to-day office tasks, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office organization. - Client & Caregiver Coordination:
Act as a liaison between clients and caregivers, addressing concerns, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction on both sides. - HR Duties:
Maintain employee records, coordinate payroll, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. - Team Support:
Provide support and guidance to caregivers, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- CNA or HHA certification or equivalent experience in healthcare is required.
- Previous experience in HR, office management, or scheduling is preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding of the needs of caregivers and clients.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
