About The Opportunity

TOPTAL CARE Inc is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist - Registered for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in Fort Myers, FL. This role involves delivering high-quality respiratory care in a busy inpatient acute care setting at Gulf Coast Medical Center, focusing on invasive/non-invasive ventilation management and supporting trauma patients.

• Manage invasive and non-invasive ventilators, including Hamilton and Servo models, with precision.
• Perform bronchoscopy assistance and advanced airway management procedures.
• Administer respiratory therapies, oxygen delivery, and aerosol treatments for diverse patient needs.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support trauma and critical care patients.
• Document care accurately in Epic EMR while adhering to safety and compliance protocols.

• Active RRT certification and Florida Respiratory Therapist license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Minimum 2+ years of RRT experience, including prior travel assignments.
• Competency in vent management, bronch assistance, and inpatient care; trauma experience preferred.
• No local candidates within 50 miles of Fort Myers, FL considered.
