• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments, goal setting, and ongoing re‑assessment to monitor patient progress.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized Medical Nutrition Therapies, including enteral and parenteral support regimens.
• Collaborate with medical staff, families, food service, and Speech Therapy to ensure dietary plans are executed and departmental standards maintained.
• Clarify admission orders, ensuring consistency with the facility’s nutrition support formulary and diet manual.
• Review and update the therapeutic diet manual annually; educate clinical and food service staff on manual location.
• Evaluate potential food/drug, herb/supplement interactions, and attend interdisciplinary team meetings to communicate progress and special needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition or related field.
• Current state licensure/certification, if required.
• Registered dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetics Registration.
• One (1) year of clinical responsibility experience in a facility setting.

Compensation – $25.00/hr. to $39.00/hr. (based on experience). Full‑time schedule.
